NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (WILL BE ASSIGNED IN DUBAI)
- Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
- Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
- Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
- Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Network Administration.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (WITH BMC PATROL, BMC TRUESIGHT)
- Proven experience in Unix and Linux systems, Shell & Bash Scripting programming for at least 5 years. - Proven experience in any Monitoring tool: BMC Patrol, BMC TrueSight, HP_OV, Nagios, and in any of SW deployment, at least 5 years.
- Proven experience working as a System Admin in a large framework and clients for at least 5 years. - Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work in a team with minimal supervision.
- Be able to establish communication with clients, users, suppliers and other 3rd parties.
- Drive and integrate developments within a business process based requests from the client.
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies according to the continuous improvement process established
- Responsible of maintenance service of BMC products based on monitoring (BMC Patrol or TrueSight)
- With high knowledge in Unix programming, Shell Scripting and Unix and Linux systems.
- With knowledge and proven experience in fault monitoring systems in any of the below tools: BMC Patrol, TrueSight, BPPM, Proactive Net, Nagios, HP_OV.
ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (BALINTAWAK, CALOOCAN)
- Administering Oracle databases in the production environment
- Creation and deletion or database end-users schema as needed
- Granting approved access and database privileges
- Creating, updating and maintaining database objects as per end-users requests and business needs
- Administering all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures.
- Monitoring status Oracle databases in the production environment
- Ensuring the availability of any Oracle database accessed by end-users
- Checking the good performance of any registered Oracle database accessed by developers, testers, or the end-users
- Reporting to his/her supervisor and recording any database incident
- Troubleshoot Oracle database issues
- Communicating with end-users and other required parties for troubleshooting and fixing Oracle database issues
- Monitoring performance of Oracle databases in the production environment
- Generating daily or weekly Oracle database AWR and ADDM reports for troubleshooting database performance issues from main production systems
- Perform application tuning and performance monitoring
- Performs ongoing tuning of the database instances.
- Monitoring the overall performance of the Oracle Database Server
- Checking the availability of the production database on a daily basis and particularly the health status of the DBs

- Performs the capacity planning required to maintain the databases. Monitor and ensure that DB storage can accommodate large volume of data, archived log files, and backup files.
- Patching Oracle database environments as needed
- Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products as needed.
- Perform backup and recovery of the Oracle database.
- Monitoring Data Guard to ensure that it is working fine
- Resolve any Data Guard related issues.

- Test instance/ test environment preparation

SERVICE DESK ANALYST
- Act as single-point-of-contact (SPOC) and provide first level technical assistance for
- user's IT inquiries, incidents, concerns, service requests etc.
- Provide information to customers which includes walkthroughs or introducing them to available information sources such as QRGs and FAQs.
- Answer and log end-user calls through incident ticketing system.
- Escalate/endorse incidents to onsite support or SMEs if unable to resolve.
- Graduate of Bachelor course preferably Information Technology or any related course.
- One year of working experience as technical customer support or new graduate.
