Mt. Pamitinan - A hiking with the Family!

Hello Folks! What's Up? It's been a while since my last post. I actually been so very busy these past few months because of a very personal reason but because I trust you all, and I know  that it will be just around our circle, I will disclose it to you.

I transfer to another company so I needed time and space to recover myself once again, start all over again and begin my another first step towards my dreams.
and that's what happened.

Now! I'll be sharing you my latest adventure that happened in a place which is not so far away from Manila so less expensive and most importantly, I am with my family. We did a mini mountain hiking in Mt. Pamitinan in Montalban Rizal last Holy Week right after we had our "Alay-Lakad" in Antipolo.

My sister and her family by the way live in Montalban Rizal so its very accessible to us.

It was last Black Saturday (March 30, 2018) at 9am, when we started our trail to Mt. Pamitinan. We were 9 in the group.

It's around 9:30AM when the trail finally started after paying the fee (I think its a sort of a Environmental Fee) amounting to 400 pesos for 8 persons (yes the fee is Php50/head). After paying the specified fee, the registration officer immediately called the available tour guides who will assist us throughout the journey.

According to them the ratio per tour guide is 1:5 so we needed another tour guide since we exceeded the standard count per tour guide which means our tour guide fee will be doubled as well (my gad as if its a major major mountain trail that we have to have plenty of assistance) but since we are already there and I really don't want to waste our time and effort and besides I am with my family, I just agreed with the setup.

And one last thing by the way: NO KIDS BELOW 13 YEARS OLD

9:30AM

The way up was initially muddy due to the heavy rain the night before we had our hiking so its very hard to walk, our shoes are gluing to the mud but after the first half kilometer, the trail becomes easier as the mud is no longer evident on that part so we were able to begin to feel the enjoyment:

Along the trail there is a mini cave there which unfortunately has no name yet, maybe because its not yet discovered but according to our tour guide, its like an under ground path going to another part of the mountain.

Then after the cave, we had our second to the last part of the trail:

The first part of the main goal:

Well its not that high mountain that you  might expect, but look its a family bonding and we cant afford doing a a major mountain trail with the kids but still its a cool one, maybe the coolest of all mountain hiking I ever done in my life.

Now the Second Part was amazing and breath taking (somehow):

and yeah the last part of the views:

Still beautiful mountain. yes?

Sorry for the big tummy, I didn't notice I raise my tshirt, coz its kind not so cold up there. lolz

And of course she wont accept being left behind. Meet Precious my niece.

we landed to the base at arund 2PM so its almost 5 hours in total duration.

Its fun, its really fun and Its really nice to such out door activities with the family. If you can do it with your friends, boyfriends and girlfriends, office mates, or even with strangers why not with the family? All in all for a purpose of family bonding I can recommend Mt. Pamitinan. Thanks.
